•     Staff to fill all shifts, all areas any day of the week

• Experienced healthcare
•     One year of recent healthcare experience or 2 years for specialty areas
•     Verification with the applicable state license body or bodies that the
•     licensee holds a current, active, good standing license free of restrictions
•     Current physical including tuberculosis skin test
•     Adult and Child CPR and First Aid
•     Criminal background checks and drugs screens as applicable
• Administrative functions managed
•     Perform all administrative and payroll functions
•     Supply requested management information reports

Support Team of the Family Program

Support Staff can relieve your facility of the responsibility to provide sitters for your special-needs patients. This program enhances patient and family satisfaction with the care provided at your facility. Just give the patient and family member our telephone number and we do the rest!

Highlights of the Support Team of the Family program include:

• Centralized on-site management
•     Verify and maintain Healthcare Assistants files
•     Schedule Healthcare Assistants according to patient and family members needs
•     Customized patient care Meet with patient and family members to establish needs and limitations
• Centralized administrative and payroll functions
•     Establishment of billing to patient or family members
•     Time card verification, overtime monitoring and paycheck distribution
• Daily reporting system to facility

These services are in addition to the above services to reduce your facilities cost and risk associated with special-needs patients.
