At Support Staff, we care about
what is best for your family. That's why our experienced staff provides sound
solutions to assist you or your family with your health care concerns. We care
enough to offer an extensive range of services from very specialized home care
to supportive long-term care ranging from pediatric to geriatric care. We are
Medicaid certified, licensed, bonded, and insured.
Support Staff is the trusted name in home care in your community. We have the
experience, dedication, and reliability to provide health care services with the
highest standards of quality and commitment you and your family deserve. We
offer professional nursing services in your home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We offer each of our clients a Staff Supervisor, who schedules staff and
coordinates services; a Nursing Supervisor who makes home visits to assess,
plan, and supervise clinical care; and a caregiver who delivers personalized,
experienced care. Support Staff has experienced On-Call Supervisors ready to
respond to calls anytime day or night (24 Hours).
Our Caregivers
The background
screening system we use is the best in the business. We recruit experienced
caregivers who are seasoned in attending to the needs of care recipients. We
will only refer a caregiver to you who has the necessary experience to fulfill
your individual needs. Most important, our caregivers provide references to us
from sources we can trust (other homecare agencies, hospitals, nursing
facilities, churches, hospices, assisted living communities etc.). We also
emphasize the intangible traits of the caregiver (such as a caring personality)
which will mean so much in your day to day experience in working with them.
You Are In Charge – We’re
On “Your” Schedule
You are in
charge of everything. Our Support Team will not dictate to you what your
schedule is to be (i.e. what time to get up, when to bathe, meal schedules
etc.). It is our job to adjust to your schedule and to see to it that you remain
comfortable in your own home. Support Staff - home care at its best!
After the caregiver has been placed in your home, we continue our unique system of continued personalized contacts through telephone check-in and home visits by a Registered Nurse.
